Why Quality Rated?
QRIS stands for Quality Rating and Improvement System. It is a system used to assess and rate the quality of early child care programs and to provide support and resources to improve their quality. QRIS typically uses a set of standards to evaluate various aspects of a child care program, including the curriculum, teacher qualifications, health and safety practices, and family engagement. Programs are then assigned a rating or score based on their performance. The QRIS system aims to increase the quality of early child care programs and ensure that children receive high-quality care and education that will help them develop to their full potential.
